Recently, I spent a morning in the studio of Michael Moore, of Move Moore Often. Michael is a mobility and fitness coach that works with individuals or small groups on their fitness needs. His studio is located on Puyallup’s South Hill, off 136th and Meridian. Michael showed me what his typical routine might look like, although, each routine is custom designed to the client.

I asked Michael a few pertinent questions to help you get to know him better.

What do you consider your title to be?

Mobility and Fitness Coach

How long have you been doing this? What are your certifications?

15 years. TRX, FMS, Animal Flow, Kettlebell, Assisted Stretch, Self Myofascial Release

How would you describe what you do? What can your clients expect from a session with you?

The first thing we work on, is mobility and fascia release. Then, proper core engagement.

Every session is different. No two workouts will ever be the same. My goal is to keep your body guessing by constantly challenging clients in numerous ways. To not only develop your body but to also strengthen the mind.

What is your favorite thing about working with your clients?

I love the fact that I get to make a positive impact, by helping clients get stronger, physical and mentally.

What days are you in your studio?

My days are set up by appointment only. Monday through Saturday.

Contact Michael through his Facebook site  to schedule your appointment.

I had a great time working with Michael to provide images for his business and marketing needs. I offer personal branding sessions, as well as on site image creation for your marketing and website needs. Contact me to discuss how I can help your business.
